Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the Slash app and platform collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. By using the app you agree to it.

1) Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, optional phone, optional city, optional profile photo.
• Google Sign-In data: your name, email and profile picture only. We never request or read your Gmail, contacts, or Drive files.
• Order data: service details, notes, deadlines, status, invoices and payments.
• Messages and attachments: text, voice notes, images and files you send inside an order or to support.
• Technical data: push notification token, last-seen timestamp, and IP addresses in server logs.

We do not collect your location or contacts, and we access your camera or microphone only at the moment you choose to attach a photo or record a voice message. We never store payment card data.

2) Where data is stored

Account, order and message data is stored on DigitalOcean; media and files on Cloudflare R2. All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS, and passwords are stored hashed with bcrypt — we cannot read them.

3) Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your data. We share it only with service providers acting on our behalf: Google (sign-in verification), Brevo (transactional email), Google Firebase / Expo (push notifications), and Cloudflare and DigitalOcean (hosting and storage). We may disclose data if required by applicable law or a court order.

4) Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. On deletion we erase your personal details immediately and retain order and invoice records in anonymised form for accounting and legal purposes. Technical logs are rotated and deleted within a short period.

5) Your rights

You can view and edit your data in the app under My Account, and delete your account permanently under My Account → Delete Account, or request deletion via our account deletion page. We action requests within 30 days.

6) Children's privacy

The platform is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data, and delete it promptly if discovered.

7) Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be communicated in the platform.
