Delete your account and data

Fastest: inside the app

1. Open the Slash app and sign in.
2. Go to My Account.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm with your password.

Deletion is immediate.

Or request by email

Email support@slashplatform.com from the address registered on your account, with the subject “Account deletion request”. We action requests within 30 days, usually within 48 hours.

What is deleted, what is kept

Deleted permanently: your name, email, phone, city, profile photo, Google account link and password.

Kept in anonymised form: order, invoice and payment records — stripped of any information identifying you — as required for accounting and legal record-keeping.

After deletion you can no longer sign in, and your email is freed for a new account.
